He assists domestic and international clients on all aspects relating to asset management, private equity and venture capital, advising the fund managers along the full fund’s lifecycle. This includes fund structuring, formation and marketing, as well as reviewing and negotiating the fund documentation and the service providers agreements.

He also advises on compliance and regulatory issues relating to such matters.
