Victor Jametton, a member of the Geneva Bar, joined B&B Avocats in 2022 as a trainee lawyer and then as an associate in 2024. Since January 2025, he has practised as an independent lawyer, still within the firm.

His main areas of expertise are corporate law (including debt collection and bankruptcy), commercial law, inheritance law and tax law.

He provides legal advice to Swiss and international companies on incorporation, organisation, compliance, commercial relations, mergers and acquisitions and even liquidation. He may also be called upon to represent them before the various Swiss courts in the event of disputes within the company itself or in commercial or administrative disputes.

He also advises private individuals on inheritance matters, both at the planning stage and in the event of disputes.

Victor Jametton also has a degree in French law (Licence and Master 1 in Business Law), which enables him to deal with Franco-Swiss issues.
